The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY TAXES IN ARIZONA, WE MUST ARRANGE TO DO AN OUT OF STATE DELIVERY AND YOU CAN PAY YOUR STATE TAXES IN YOUR OWN STATE. REMEMBER - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PAYING TWICE. You will get a credit in your state for any sales tax you paid Arizona. You will NOT be paying any taxes twice. We can store the car in order for you to make travel arrangements. We will gladly pick you up at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and take you to the car. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
